PROFILE
I started my teaching career in Japan, before becoming a classroom teacher in primary schools across London. Since then I’ve worked on the learning teams of Historic Royal Palaces, Ben Uri Gallery, and the Horniman Museum. I joined the National Gallery in 2017 as the Assistant Schools Programmer, where I helped organise, develop, and deliver its schools offer. I now work full time as a gallery educator and spend most days explaining to school children why there are so many paintings of naked people on the walls.
